The New York Automobile Insurance Plan (NYAIP) ICCS Software is available for producers licensed in the State of New York and certified with the NYAIP to electronically produce barcoded temporary insurance ID cards in the event that the PASS system is unavailable.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a backup system. Producers should not use the ICCS Software or this website unless specifically instructed to do so by the NYAIP.

EASi Applications for all states are available for licensed producers in the case that the application submission system is unavailable.
